Not happy? Email billing@promoforge.app within 14 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; refunded pack credits are removed from your balance. Credits spent on failed renders are always returned automatically.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
