Terms of service

Template: have this reviewed by counsel before launch.

By using PromoForge you agree to these terms. You own the content you create. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for what you publish and must follow each social network's rules, including automation and spam policies. Don't publish misleading claims, infringing material or content you don't have rights to.

Plans and credits

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plan credits reset each period; credit packs don't expire. Credits for failed renders are refunded automatically.

Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee that third-party networks accept every post. Platform API changes may affect features.
